## What makes this trip halal-friendly

- **Halal dining.** Every restaurant is Muslim-owned, halal-certified, or verified by the
  Istanbul team. No alcohol is served and no pork enters the kitchen. Seafood and vegetarian
  backups are pre-planned at every stop, and the guide carries a translated dietary card.
- **Prayer times.** The itinerary is built around prayer times. Mosque stops are scheduled into
  every day (Süleymaniye, Çamlıca, and local mosques in each city). Friday prayer is held in
  Istanbul at a historic mosque.
- **Alcohol-free group** with a clear code of conduct.
- **Small group.** 16 maximum, with one dedicated trip leader plus local guides in Cappadocia
  and Pamukkale.

## FAQ

**Do I need a visa for Türkiye?**
Most travellers — including UK, EU, US, Canadian, Australian, Malaysian and GCC passport
holders — can enter Türkiye visa-free or with a fast online e-Visa. After booking, a
personalised visa checklist is sent, with a reminder 8 weeks before departure.

**How do you guarantee the food is halal?**
Every restaurant on the trip is Muslim-owned, halal-certified, or verified by the Istanbul

**Will I have time to pray?**
Yes. The itinerary is built around prayer times, with mosque stops every day and flexibility
for wudu and longer travel days.

**Can women travel solo on this trip?**
Yes. Around 60% of travellers join solo and over half are women. Solo women can room with
another sister and can request a female guide on the July sisters-only departure.

**What is the refund and change policy?**
Change dates or destination free of charge up to 60 days before departure. Cancel 60+ days out
and everything is refunded except the USD 99 deposit; between 30 and 60 days, 50% is refunded;
inside 30 days, whatever the suppliers return is refunded. Travel insurance is required.

**How big is the group?**
Sixteen travellers maximum, twelve on average.
